Getting Started with Zennvue

Create your account, set up your profile, and start managing your event business or planning your event in under 15 minutes.

Creating Your Account

    Visit the sign-up page

    Go to platform-zennvue.com and click 'Get Started' in the top navigation.

    Choose your role

    Select Vendor (for event service providers) or Customer (for event planners and couples).

    Enter your details

    Fill in your name, email, and password. No credit card required to start your 14-day trial.

  • 4

    Verify your email

    Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link.

  • 5

    Complete your profile

    Follow the onboarding checklist to set up your profile, upload images, and configure your settings.

Your 14-day free trial starts the moment you verify your email. All plan features are available during the trial. There's no restricted version.

Setting Up Your Vendor Profile

A complete profile gets 3x more marketplace inquiries. Take 10 minutes here. It pays off immediately.

    Business information

    Navigate to Settings → Business Info and enter your business name, category, timezone, currency, and EIN if applicable.

    Branding

    Upload your logo and set your brand colors in Settings → Branding. You can also configure a custom portal welcome message.

    Portfolio images

    Add 10+ portfolio images in Settings → Marketplace Listing. Use your best work. This is your storefront.

    Service areas

    Set your primary location and service radius. Add multiple service areas if you travel for events.

  • 5

    Social links

    Add your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other social profiles in Settings → Vendor Profile.

Your marketplace listing won't appear publicly until you toggle it on in Settings → Marketplace Listing → Public Listing.

Setting Up Your Customer Profile

    Event details

    In your customer dashboard, create your first event with name, type, date, location, and guest count estimate.

    Preferences

    Set your style preferences, budget range, and vendor categories you need so AI matching works best.

    Guest list

    If you have a guest list, you can import it via CSV or add guests manually. RSVP settings can be configured at any time.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. Your 14-day free trial starts with no credit card required. You'll only be asked for payment information when you choose a plan at the end of your trial.
You can have both a vendor account and a customer account using the same email address. They are separate profiles. Log out and sign in with the same credentials to access both.
All vendor plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to that tier's features. Customer accounts are free forever with no trial required.
