Go to platform-zennvue.com/sign-in and click "Forgot Password." Enter your email and check your inbox — reset links expire after 24 hours. If you don't see it, check your spam folder for an email from noreply@zennvue.com.
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing in your dashboard and click "Change Plan." Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing to save 20%.
Yes — all vendor plans include a 14-day free trial with full access to that tier's features. No credit card is required to start. Customer (planner/couple) accounts are free forever with no trial required.
When a client books and pays through the Zennvue marketplace, a 2.9% platform fee is deducted before funds are transferred to your Stripe account. This only applies to marketplace-sourced bookings. Invoices you send directly to your own clients outside the marketplace use standard Stripe processing rates.
Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account stays active through the end of your current billing period, then reverts to a limited free tier. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation in case you reactivate.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, but we review refund requests for documented billing errors or extended outages. Email support@zennvue.com within 60 days of the charge with your account details and reason for the request.
Yes — annual billing saves 20% across all vendor plans. Prices drop from $35/$79/$119/$249/$750 per month to $28/$63/$95/$199/$600 per month on annual plans. Switch anytime in Settings → Billing.
