How Zennvue works FAQ.

Yes. The marketplace listing is included with every paid plan, but you can keep your listing private (only visible to couples you direct there) if you prefer to use Zennvue purely as a CRM. The full vendor workflow (lead pipeline, proposals, contracts, payments) works completely independently of marketplace traffic.
No problem. You can send proposals, contracts, and invoices to any couple via email, and they sign and pay through a secure Zennvue link without creating an account. The couples app is a benefit for them, not a requirement to do business with you. Many vendors use Zennvue as their pure CRM and only get marketplace traffic as a bonus.
Most vendors are fully set up in 2 to 4 hours. That includes building your marketplace listing (portfolio upload, packages, availability sync), training your AI brand voice profile (paste 3 to 5 past proposals, takes 10 minutes), and connecting Stripe Connect (15 minutes). You always review and edit before sending. AI drafts are starting points, not final outputs. Most vendors edit some portion of an AI-drafted proposal before sending; the rest is solid because the brand voice profile is trained on your actual past writing. You can also retrain the brand voice anytime by uploading new writing samples.
Zennvue charges 0% platform fee on processed transactions on any plan. Stripe's standard processing fee (currently 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) is a passthrough, set by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms. Payments flow through Stripe Connect: the couple pays the vendor's quoted amount, Stripe takes its standard processing fee from the vendor, and the funds land in the vendor's connected bank account on Stripe's standard payout schedule (usually 2 business days).
