Create your vendor account in under 2 minutes. Choose your vertical (photographer, DJ, planner, caterer, florist, venue, or other). Pick a plan and start your 14-day free trial. No credit card required upfront.
Add your bio, photo samples, service packages, pricing, availability, and brand voice profile. The brand voice profile is critical: 5 to 10 writing samples train the AI to draft proposals and emails that sound like you, not a chatbot.
Once your profile is complete, your listing appears in the Zennvue marketplace and becomes eligible for AI matching to engaged couples. The base listing is free with every paid plan. Optional Silver ($299/mo) or Gold ($599/mo) memberships boost placement.
When a couple finds your profile or you receive an inquiry from your contact form (Zennvue replaces your contact form), the inquiry lands in your unified inbox with all event details parsed and structured. No more digging through emails to find dates or guest counts.
Within 340 milliseconds of receiving an inquiry, the AI scores it 1 to 100 with reasoning (verified domain, date specificity, budget fit, guest count match, etc.). High-priority leads bubble to the top so you reply to the right ones first.
The AI auto-drafts a response in your brand voice referencing specific details from the inquiry (their date, guest count, location, mood board). You review, edit if you want, and send. Most vendors hit "send as-is" 80%+ of the time.
When the lead is ready for a proposal, AI builds it from your service packages, the inquiry details, and your pricing tier rules. Pricing, terms, deliverables, and timeline. Formatted, branded, ready to send. Average generation time is 1.4 seconds.

Click into vendor profiles to see portfolios, package pricing, reviews, and availability. Message multiple vendors at once with a single inquiry that auto-fills your event details. Vendors respond within hours, not days, because the AI helps them prioritize.
As vendors send proposals, they land in your Zennvue inbox in a unified format that makes comparison easy. Pricing, deliverables, timeline, and terms all in the same shape. No more digging through PDFs in your email.
When you pick a vendor, sign the contract electronically right inside Zennvue. The contract pre-fills with your event details. You and your partner can both sign. Vendor gets a copy automatically.
Pay your deposit via card, ACH, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Payments are tracked in your Zennvue budget planner so you always know what is paid, what is due, and what is upcoming. Final payments work the same way as the wedding approaches.
