No. Every vendor plan includes a 14-day free trial that you can start without entering payment information. After 14 days, you'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue. If you don't add one, your account is paused (not deleted) and your data stays available for 90 days. Couples on the Free tier never need a card.

Starter includes 12 AI features and Silver marketplace eligibility. Professional unlocks all 25+ AI features (lead scoring, brand voice profiles, photo tagging, custom workflows) and Gold marketplace eligibility. The math: Professional is the right fit if you (a) want lead scoring on every inquiry, (b) want AI to draft proposals in your specific brand voice, or (c) want premium marketplace placement.

When a couple pays you through Zennvue (deposits, balances, retainers), Stripe charges its standard processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. Zennvue adds a 0% platform fee on top. The 2.9% you see is what Stripe charges, identical to what you would pay using Stripe directly outside of Zennvue. Zennvue does not add additional payment processing fees on any plan. For comparison, HoneyBook charges between 3.0% and 3.5% in payment processing on top of their Stripe rate; we don't.

HoneyBook charges 3.0% to 3.5% on payment processing on top of Stripe; Zennvue charges 0%. The category Zennvue lives in is premium, AI-native, and built for studios that have outgrown general-purpose CRM tools. Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle. There are no penalties for switching. Your data, contracts, and integrations all carry over. The only thing that changes is what features and team capacity you have access to.

"Eligible" means you can purchase the marketplace add-on at that level. Silver placement ($299/mo) puts you in the featured section of your category. Gold placement ($799/mo) puts you at the top of every category search and adds richer media to your listing. Add-ons stack on top of any vendor plan. Starter vendors can only purchase Silver. Professional and above can purchase Silver or Gold.

Enterprise plans include business-hours priority support (Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Mountain Time, excluding US federal holidays), an enterprise-grade SLA with 99.9% uptime target and service credits for missed targets, a dedicated point of contact, custom security review, and an implementation team for onboarding. Priority 1 issues are acknowledged within one business hour. Around-the-clock coverage is available as a separate add-on for Enterprise accounts with critical event-day operations.

Annual billing saves 20% across all vendor tiers. Starter is $49/mo monthly or $468/yr annual ($39/mo equivalent). Professional is $99/mo monthly or $948/yr annual ($79/mo equivalent). The toggle on this page above shows annual pricing. Customer plans (Free/Pro/Planner) and marketplace add-ons (Silver/Gold) are billed monthly only.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Your data, contracts, signed agreements, and historical records remain available for 90 days after cancellation, during which you can export everything (CSV, PDF, JSON formats supported). After 90 days, data is permanently deleted unless you reactivate. Annual subscribers who cancel mid-cycle receive a prorated refund for unused months.

Yes. Free CSV import for client lists from any platform. Studio and Enterprise tiers include a dedicated migration manager who works with you through the transition.
