Setting Up Brand Voice Profiles

Brand Voice Profiles are the foundation of Zennvue's creative AI. Every AI-generated proposal, inquiry response, follow-up, and review reply uses your Brand Voice Profile to match your writing style.

    Navigate to Settings → AI → Brand Voice

    Find Brand Voice in your AI settings panel.

    Upload sample communications

    Upload 2 to 5 examples of your past emails, inquiry responses, or client messages. The more samples, the more accurate the profile.

    Click 'Analyze Brand Voice'

    Anthropic Claude analyzes your samples and generates a profile describing your tone (formal or casual), style (brief or detailed), and personality traits.

    Review and refine

    Read the generated profile and edit any descriptors that don't feel right. You can regenerate at any time.

    Test your Brand Voice

    Go to Settings → AI → Test and type a sample inquiry. Review the AI-drafted response to confirm it sounds like you.

💡 Tip

Include variety in your samples. A detailed booking confirmation, a casual check-in message, and a professional follow-up. This gives the AI more signals to work with than 5 copies of the same type of email.

Understanding AI Lead Scores

Every client added to your CRM receives an AI Lead Score from 1 to 100 within seconds. Here's how to read and use these scores.

    View the lead score

    Open any client record in your CRM. The AI Lead Score appears in the right sidebar with a color indicator: green (70 or higher), yellow (40 to 69), red (below 40).

    Review the factor breakdown

    Click the score to expand the full factor analysis: email domain quality, lead source attribution, urgency signals, budget indicators, and behavioral patterns.

    See the conversion probability

    Below the factor breakdown, the AI shows the estimated booking probability as a percentage with brief reasoning.

    Prioritize your follow-up queue

    Sort your CRM by Lead Score descending to see your highest-priority leads at the top. Respond to 70+ leads first.

Lead scores update dynamically as new information comes in. A score can increase if a lead opens your proposal, decreases if they go 7+ days without responding. Check scores regularly, not just on initial contact.

    Your 30, 60, and 90-day cash flow forecast appears as a card on your main dashboard, updated daily.

    Forecasts are built from confirmed bookings (high confidence), proposals in progress (medium confidence weighted by their stage), and historical seasonal patterns.

    Click the forecast card to expand a detailed view showing booked revenue, pipeline revenue, and historical comparison.

    From any proposal record, click 'Generate with AI.' The AI creates a complete proposal draft with personalized intro, package recommendations based on client budget, and pricing.

    From any inquiry in your CRM, click 'Draft Response.' AI generates a personalized reply in your brand voice addressing the specific details of their inquiry.

    Generate review responses

    Navigate to Reviews and click 'Generate Reply.' AI writes a tone-matched response. Enthusiastic gratitude for 5-star reviews, empathetic problem-solving for 1 to 2 star reviews.

    Generate follow-up sequences

    From any client record, click 'Generate Follow-Up Sequence.' AI creates a 3 to 5 message sequence with optimal timing and channel recommendations.

All AI-generated content is a draft. Review and personalize before sending. AI gets you 80% of the way there instantly. Your review adds the final 20% that makes it truly yours.

Most AI features (including AI proposal drafting, Brand Voice Profiles, lead scoring, smart scheduling, photo tagging, and AI vendor matching) are included on the Professional plan ($99/mo) and above. Some advanced features (Brand Voice Profiles full training, Churn Prediction, Pricing Optimization, Revenue Forecasting) are limited to the Business plan ($179/mo) and above. The Studio plan ($499/mo) adds per-user controls and team brand voice profiles. The Enterprise plan ($1,999/mo) adds custom training and dedicated model configuration. Zennvue is built on Anthropic Claude, accessed via the Anthropic API with a no-training configuration that keeps your client data out of foundation model training. We picked the best long-context reasoning model for event vendor workflows and built deep, instead of shopping across vendors. One model, one Data Processing Addendum, one privacy posture. Zennvue does not currently route to OpenAI or Google models. If we add additional providers, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy will be updated to reflect the change.
Yes. Navigate to Settings → AI → Usage Logs to see a breakdown of AI actions, token consumption, and estimated cost per action. This helps you understand AI usage and optimize prompting.
