Vendors who use Zennvue accept payments via Stripe Connect, the same payment infrastructure used by major platforms. You'll see contracts, deposits, and balances inside the app. Pay with credit card, debit, or ACH. Stripe charges its standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30) which is paid by the vendor, not you. The amount you pay is exactly what the vendor's quote says.
You can still track them inside the app. Add them as a manual vendor with their contact info, contract, and balance. The budget tracker, vendor list, and timeline all work the same. You just won't get integrated messaging or in-app payments with that specific vendor. We can also send them an invitation to join Zennvue, free for them to set up a profile.
Yes. Both partners can log in to the same wedding workspace with separate accounts. Add your partner's email when you sign up and they get an invite. Both of you see the same budget, guest list, vendor messages, and seating chart. You can also invite a wedding planner or family member as a collaborator on Pro tier.
Your account stays active free forever. You'll keep access to your vendor messages, contracts, payment history, photos shared by vendors, and registry data. Many couples keep their Zennvue account as a memory archive of their wedding. If you ever want to delete it, account deletion is one click in settings.
