Conduct rules for a healthy platform.

1. Prohibited Conduct (All Users)

You may not use the Zennvue Platform to engage in any of the following:

Illegal Activity

• Conduct that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other financial crime.
• Facilitating transactions for illegal goods or services.
• Violating any export control, economic sanctions, or trade compliance laws.

Abuse and Harassment

• Harassing, threatening, bullying, intimidating, or discriminating against any user based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
• Posting or transmitting defamatory, obscene, or offensive content.
• Contacting users who have blocked you or requested no further contact.

Platform Integrity

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
• Introducing malware, viruses, ransomware, or other harmful code.
• Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or harvest data from the Platform without authorization.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the Platform's software.
• Testing Platform security without Viceroy NM's explicit written permission.
• Circumventing subscription limits, feature gates, or access controls.

Fraudulent or Deceptive Conduct

• Creating fake reviews, testimonials, or ratings.
• Misrepresenting your identity, qualifications, or business.
• Posting inaccurate pricing, availability, or service descriptions.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or abuse free trials.

Intellectual Property Violations

• Uploading content that infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Using the Platform to distribute pirated software or unauthorized reproductions of copyrighted works.

AI Feature Misuse

• Attempting to manipulate AI outputs to produce false lead scores, inflated revenue forecasts, or biased vendor recommendations.
• Using AI-generated content to deceive clients or misrepresent your services.
• Attempting to extract training data, model weights, or proprietary AI configurations from the Platform.

2. Vendor-Specific Obligations

• Maintain accurate and current marketplace profiles, pricing, and availability.
• Honor accepted bookings and fulfill contracted services as described.
• Respond to client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe.
• Do not solicit Customers discovered through the Platform to transact outside the Platform in order to avoid platform fees.
• Maintain all required licenses, insurance, and certifications for your service category.
• Do not use Client data obtained through the Platform for purposes other than fulfilling their event services.

3. Customer-Specific Obligations

• Provide accurate event information when requesting services or using AI matching tools.
• Honor accepted proposals and signed contracts.
• Pay invoices on time according to agreed payment schedules.
• Do not submit false or malicious reviews.
• Do not attempt to contact Vendors outside the Platform to circumvent booking protections.

4. Content Standards

All content uploaded to the Platform, including portfolio images, messages, reviews, and documents, must be accurate and not misleading; not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; not contain adult content, hate speech, violence, or discriminatory material; comply with applicable laws; and not contain personal information of third parties without their consent.

5. Reporting Violations

If you observe conduct that violates this AUP, please report it to hello@zennvue.com. We review all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement.

This AUP may be updated periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
