Account & Security

Manage your account credentials, configure team member access with role-based permissions, and understand how Zennvue protects your data.

Password & Login

    Reset your password

    Go to platform-zennvue.com/sign-in and click 'Forgot Password.' Enter your email address and check your inbox for a reset link. Links expire after 24 hours.

    Change your password

    While logged in, go to Settings → Account → Security and click 'Change Password.' Enter your current password, then your new password twice.

    Update your email

    Go to Settings → Account → Profile and click 'Change Email.' A verification email will be sent to your new address — click the link to confirm.

⚠ Note

If you don't receive a password reset email within 5 minutes, check your spam or junk folder. Emails are sent from noreply@zennvue.com. Add this address to your safe senders list to avoid missing notifications.

Managing Team Members

The Business tier and above supports team members with role-based permissions. Each role has a predefined set of permissions you can customize.

    Navigate to Settings → Team

    Open team management in your Settings panel.

    Invite a team member

    Click 'Invite Team Member,' enter their email address, select their role (Admin, Manager, Employee, or Contractor), and click Send Invite. Invitations expire after 7 days.

    Customize permissions

    Click any team member's name to view and edit their granular permissions. Toggle access for: clients, events, proposals, contracts, invoices, packages, tasks, equipment, galleries, files, marketing, analytics, team, settings, AI, and financials.

    Remove a team member

    Click the three-dot menu on any team member and select 'Remove.' Their access is revoked immediately.

Team member roles: Owner (full access, cannot be restricted), Admin (full access minus billing), Manager (client and event management), Employee (limited to assigned tasks and events), Contractor (view-only access to assigned work).

Data Privacy & Export

    Export your data

    Go to Settings → Account → Privacy and click 'Export My Data.' You'll receive an email with a download link within 24 hours containing all your platform data in JSON and CSV format.

    Delete your account

    Contact support@zennvue.com to request account deletion. All data is permanently deleted within 30 days per our data retention policy.

Zennvue stores your data on secure, encrypted servers. Organization data is completely isolated — no other vendor can access your client, financial, or operational data. See our Privacy Policy at zennvue.com/privacy-policy for full details.

Team member limits by plan: Starter (1), Professional (3), Business (10), Studio (25), Enterprise (unlimited).
Yes. In Settings → Team, click a team member's name and toggle off the 'Financials' permission. They will no longer see invoice amounts, revenue data, or payment information.
Your data remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation in case you want to reactivate. After 30 days, data is permanently deleted from our servers. We recommend exporting your data before cancelling.
