Most general inquiries get a response within 24 hours, Monday through Friday. Sales inquiries with specific questions about a tier or migration usually come back within 4 to 8 hours. Urgent issues affecting active weddings (mark "URGENT" in your subject) get same-day attention. Form submissions and direct emails route to the same inbox and get the same priority.
Yes. After submitting, you should receive an automated confirmation email within a few minutes. If it doesn't arrive, check your spam folder. If you still don't see it, email hello@zennvue.com directly with your message and we'll route from there.
