Vendor profiles are reviewed before they go live in the marketplace, so couples are booking real businesses. Verification confirms the listing is legitimate; it is not an endorsement of every outcome.
How do payments stay secure?
Deposits and balances run on Stripe Connect, where vendors are connected accounts. Card data is handled by Stripe and never touches Zennvue. Zennvue charges 0% on vendor payments; 2.9% Stripe passthrough applies, with 2-day payouts.
What is deposit and booking protection?
When a couple books, the deposit is collected through Stripe and the signed contract is attached to the booking. Both sides can see the agreed terms, dates, and amounts in one place.
Are the reviews real?
Yes. Reviews come only from couples with a confirmed booking on Zennvue. There are no bought, traded, or fabricated ratings, and vendors cannot post reviews of themselves.
Does paying more move a vendor up the rankings?
Paid placement can. Standard marketplace results are ranked by fit with the couple's date, style, and budget. Vendors can also purchase Silver or Gold placement, which boosts where they appear in their category and markets, and every promoted or featured result is labeled so you can tell placement from fit-ranked results. Zennvue never charges per-lead fees, and reviews cannot be bought at any price.
Who owns the data in my workspace?
Vendors own their data and their client relationships. Information is isolated per tenant, encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can export your data when you need it.
