Is Zennvue free for couples?
Yes. Couples plan and book for free, including AI vendor matching, messaging, contract review, payment tracking, and the budget, timeline, guest list, RSVP, and seating tools.
How do vendor payments work?
Deposits and balances run on Stripe Connect with 0% Zennvue fee on vendor payments, 2.9% Stripe passthrough, and 2-day payouts. There are no pay-to-play lead fees.
How do I get listed in the marketplace?
Start free for 30 days, build your profile, and your listing goes live after a quick review. You can also start with Marketplace Free and pay only when Zennvue produces a booking.
Can I import my existing clients and contracts?
Yes. You can bring existing couples into your workspace so leads, proposals, contracts, invoices, and the day-of timeline all live in one place.
