A useful marketplace needs clear rules.
These disclosures summarize how participation, ranking, transactions, content, and enforcement work alongside the Terms of Service.

Independent vendors
Marketplace vendors are independent businesses, not Zennvue employees or agents. Vendors are responsible for lawful services, licenses, insurance, taxes, pricing, availability, listing accuracy, client contracts, and delivery of the services they offer.
Listings and verification
Vendor profiles are reviewed before they go live. That review checks that the listing represents a real business and may extend to identity, business information, portfolio content, and listing completeness; it does not confirm licensing or insurance unless a listing says so expressly. Verification reduces obvious fraud risk but is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality, availability, licensing, insurance, or a particular outcome.
Ranking and placement
Organic marketplace results are ranked by relevance signals such as location, category, date, style, budget, profile quality, availability, and responsiveness. Paid placement (Silver and Gold add-ons, and priority placement options on some plans) buys a boosted position in category and market results: promoted vendors appear higher or in featured slots than their organic rank alone would place them. Every paid or promoted result is labeled so couples can tell placement from organic ranking, placement never changes review scores or verification status, and placement does not change the underlying responsibility of the vendor.
Bookings, payments, and disputes
Couples and vendors should review the vendor contract, scope, price, cancellation terms, and payment schedule before booking. Zennvue provides workflow and payment tools but is not the provider of the wedding or event service. Contact support promptly about payment, fraud, safety, or platform disputes.
Reviews and content
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may be moderated for fraud, harassment, unlawful content, privacy violations, conflicts of interest, or manipulation. Users must have rights to the photos, text, trademarks, and other content they upload.
Enforcement and appeals
Zennvue may restrict, suspend, remove, or investigate accounts, listings, content, or transactions that violate law, platform terms, safety rules, or marketplace integrity. Contact hello@zennvue.com to report an issue or request review of a marketplace decision.
