Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses the Zennvue website, marketplace, vendor workspace, planning tools, and AI features. It exists at its own URL so vendors, couples, and their counsel can cite it directly.
General conduct
Do not use the Services to violate law or the rights of others; to deceive, harass, discriminate against, exploit, or impersonate anyone; to upload malware or unlawful content; to scrape the Services or access systems, accounts, or data without authorization; to bypass usage limits, security controls, or moderation; to manipulate reviews, rankings, leads, bookings, or payments; to expose another person's confidential or personal information without authority; or to interfere with the operation of the Services.
Prohibited uses of the AI features
In addition to the general rules, you may not use Zennvue's AI features to: generate deceptive or misleading listings, portfolios, credentials, or availability; fabricate, inflate, or manipulate reviews or ratings in any form; draft messages that impersonate another person or conceal that a business is the sender; harass, threaten, or discriminate against couples, guests, or vendors, including unlawful discrimination in responding to inquiries; extract or reconstruct another user's confidential data; attempt to manipulate the AI features through injected instructions in messages, documents, or listing content; or bypass, disable, or automate around the human approval steps built into AI workflows.
Guardrails in place
AI-drafted messages, proposals, and replies require the responsible human's approval before they reach a couple or client; AI actions are recorded in audit logs; and access to workspace data is controlled by role. These controls operate alongside moderation under the Marketplace Policy. AI output can still be incomplete or incorrect, so review it before sending, signing, paying, booking, or relying on it.
Consequences of violation
We may investigate suspected violations and may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access, remove content or listings, withhold or reverse marketplace features, and report unlawful activity to authorities, as the Terms of Service provide. Where practical we notify you and give you a chance to respond; we act immediately where safety, security, fraud, or legal obligations require it.
Reporting misuse
Report suspected misuse, manipulated reviews, impersonation, or AI abuse to hello@zennvue.com. Report security vulnerabilities via /.well-known/security.txt instead.
