Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

If you accept the optional advertising category, this website shares identifiers and browsing activity with Meta for cross-context behavioral advertising, which some state laws treat as a sale or sharing. To opt out, open the privacy manager below (also linked in the footer as Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information) and reject or withdraw the advertising category. Withdrawal stops tracking immediately: consent is revoked with the vendor, the cookies that category set are deleted, and the page reloads.

Website choice

Open Manage privacy to accept or reject analytics and advertising separately. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent access to public information or necessary product functions, and we do not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

When your browser sends Global Privacy Control, we process it in a frictionless manner and honor it as a valid opt-out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising: optional analytics and advertising remain off on the public website and any inconsistent saved choice is replaced. The legacy Do Not Track signal is treated the same way.

Privacy requests

Email hello@zennvue.com with the subject "Zennvue privacy request" for applicable access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, or consent-withdrawal requests. Include only the information needed to locate your account or request. We respond within 45 days, with one lawful 45-day extension where permitted.

Authorized agents

An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf by emailing the same address, identifying you and themselves, and including your signed permission or proof of power of attorney. We may confirm the request with you directly and verify the agent's identity before acting.

Verification and appeals

We may verify identity and authority before acting. If a request is denied, the response explains the reason and the appeal route: reply to the denial or email hello@zennvue.com with the subject "Zennvue privacy appeal". Appeals are decided within 45 days, and a denied appeal includes a way to contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator.
